About Francis

Discover how the saints can intercede for you

Francis Vale Caritas is passionate about Mary being the Co-Mediatrix and Co-Redemptrix of all Graces. She is also inspired by the Saints. Francis believes the Saints have a lot of wisdom to impart and help us all to be free walking in the valley of charity. Learn which Saints are your patrons based on their lives, struggles, illnesses, and death. Consider doing Novena prayers to the Saint featured and ask them to intercede for you or someone you know. Mary the Queen of Saints and all of the Saints in Heaven are always ready to intercede for us, we just need to ask.

Try something new

Francis Vale Caritas didn't always pray, but she does now. She writes from the valley where real life hurts and real grace is found. Drawing on the spirit of St. Francis—simplicity, humility, and joy—Francis reflects on failure, prayer, and the mercy of God in everyday struggles. The name “Vale” evokes the valleys we walk through, while “Caritas” points to the self-giving love at the heart of the Christian life. Francis invites readers to revisit their own stories, not with shame, but with hope in a God who meets us where we are and teaches us to pray at last.

“Let nothing disturb you,
Let nothing frighten you,
All things are passing away:
God never changes.
Patience obtains all things;
Whoever has God lacks nothing;
God alone suffices."

-St Teresa of Avila
